Opened spring 2008, Almond Casuarina Beach Resort offers white-sand beaches, educational children’s programs and access to the exciting nightlife nearby. Gourmet cuisine and countless activities make each day an adventure, while sunset visits by Barbados’ famous Green Monkeys, who come to snack on lush gardens of bamboo and fruit trees, make it apparent that this is an escape like no other.

 

 

Set on 10 acres of tropical gardens, with numerous mature trees, lush tropical foliage and plants that border the white sands of Dover Beach, Almond Casuarina Beach is another “Paradise Regained”, to compliment the two existing Almond Resorts on the West Coast of Barbados. The newly refurbished Almond Casuarina Beach combines elegant, natural settings with sophistication, offering singles, couples and families with children of all ages a high-quality, all-inclusive vacation on the sunny South Coast of Barbados.

 

 

Accommodation

Almond Resorts Casuarina has 267 rooms in total. There will be six accommodation block sets on this Barbados all-inclusive resort property in the tropical gardens or directly on the beach. Room service will be available for lunch and dinner only.

Beautifully nestled amidst our tropical gardens on all floors. Maximum room occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children under 17yrs.

Deluxe Pool Or Gardenview
Located on all floors and have views of the gardens or the pools. Maximum room occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children under 17yrs.

Superior Deluxe Pool Or Gardenview
These rooms offer a large bedroom with a living room incorporated into one large area and have views of the gardens or pools. Maximum room occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children under 17yrs.

Superior Deluxe Beachfront
Spacious new rooms located in a newly built beachfront block with the added bonus of spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea. Maximum room occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children under 17yrs.

One Bedroom Pool Or Gardenview Suites
Consists of a spacious bedroom with an adjoining living room. Maximum room occupancy is 4 adults or 2 adults & 3 children under 17yrs.

Almond Casuarina Beach has a selection of three gourmet restaurants serving breakfast, lunch and an á la carte dinner. There is also a choice of three bars, all serving name brand drinks, cocktails and soft drinks as part of the premium all-inclusive program.

 

Enid’s

Offering classic Caribbean cuisine in a colorful, festive atmosphere, this restaurant is
open for dinner only and reservations are not required.

 

Waves

The resort’s main restaurant serves a buffet-style breakfast with made-to-order omelets, full lunch with a choice of
either the buffet or an á la car te menu that changes daily, and a dinner menu of á la car te continental cuisine.

Reservations are required for dinner.

A British-style high tea is served every afternoon from 3:00 to 4:30 pm offering sweet and
savory pastries, scones, finger sandwichesand over 15 varieties of tea.

Dover Grill

A seafood restaurant, with spectacular views and the freshest catch of the day.

 

 

Activities

Guests are able to enjoy snorkeling, windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, floodlit tennis courts (lessons available), a fitness centre and destination spa featuring various services. Three freshwater swimming pools and live nightly entertainment are also offered along with a beautiful stretch of beach with complimentary sun loungers.

Almond Kids Club

As part of the all-inclusive package, the children’s program at Almond Casuarina Beach provides educational fun to children from newborn to teens, keeping them happily entertained with playgrounds, kiddie pools and fully equipped activity centres. Our fully qualified staff allows parents to relax and enjoy themselves in the knowledge their little ones will be supervised and well looked-after. Children’s programs include a Nursery for infants 0 - 23 months, a Mini-Club for children two to four years of age, Kids Clubs for children 4 - 12 and a fully equipped Teen Centre for teens 13 and over. Baby Sitting is also available (additional charge locally).
