The hotel has been designed in true Caribbean chic - each room has its own balcony, and breath-stealing views onto the ocean. With only nineteen suites, set in lovingly lush gardens, COCOS's intimacy has been preserved to ensure that each guest has complete privacy and harmony during their stay with us.
Accommodation
COCOS has only twenty-three individual suites - less is, after all, much more. Each cottage suite has been designed in true Caribbean style with spacious airy rooms, dark wood floors and white linens... the feeling of peaceful energy can be sensed when you walk in the door. Standard Sea View Cottage has limited sea view & balcony. Superior Sea View Cottage has superior sea view & balcony. Premium Sea View Cottage has spectacular sea view & balcony.
Each room also has a personal hammock to laze in and relax to the sound of the lapping ocean below. Bathrooms are large with sink - and showers open onto the sea to give a unique bathing experience. Rooms are equipped with a fridge, wall safe, standing fan, hairdryer, iron/ironing board (on request) and ceiling fan as well as coffee/tea making facilities. All beds are a king-size four poster design to ensure the ultimate relaxing sleep.
Dining
COCOS serves a contemporary mix of international cuisine, with a strong local influence. Fish, freshly caught by local fishermen, is high on the menu, along with other specialities including spicy local dishes and more international flavours such as pasta, tender steaks and classic salads.. COCOS' restaurant has a large and varied wine selection comprising New World value as well as the finest from the more established vintners of France, Italy and California. Guests can also enjoy a fully stocked bar of spirits and beers, as well as champagne for that special occasion.
At COCOS the philosophy is to ensure that every experience is pleasurable to the senses and the food and wines are chosen with this in mind. Whether it be a small salad at lunch or grilled fish straight from the ocean for dinner, all ingredients used in the preparation of the dishes are chosen with the utmost care to ensure that they are organic and fresh - only the best will do.
