The terraced Ambar Buffet Restaurant serves up pasta, meat, foul and fish specialties, as well as a large selection of salads and fresh fruit.

El Charro

Sports & Activities

Sunfish and windsurfing, canoes and kayaks, snorkeling, scuba diving lessons in the pool, motorised water sports and scuba diving with PADI qualified instructors are an extra cost but assure excellent value. At Costa Caribe Coral Resort, in addition to a full program of non-motorized water sports, there are kayak races and other regatta-style activities, water polo, and pool and beach party.

The beach and pool/decks provide shaded areas for those who are sun shy, as well as plenty of sun swept shore.

The Costa Caribe has a beautiful free flow fresh water pool for the family to enjoy. We also have a pool especially for the kids.
