Hi guys,
Had to write to say thanks for the advice on our accomodation here at the Exellence hotel in Mexico.
To say we are happy is an under statement, its brilliant, but hey what else would it be!! We are talking of coming back again on the same package as the one we are on now, next year, flying the upgrade is well worth the money, but be advised that there is a check in for premier customers at Manchester we didn't know that, so if anyone upgrades please inform them to go to desk 55 if they go First Choice, we waited in a queue only to be told after that there is a desk for us.
Cannot write anymore the sun is screaming for me to join it,tough old life, cheers from Ray and Val, Wrexham.

My boyfriend and I were delighted with the holiday that you helped arrange for us last month. We stayed for two weeks at the hotel Excellence Riviera Cancun (Puerto Morelos). The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and exceeded all our expectations.
Your advice on this hotel - is adult only status, high standard of restaurants without any need to book, the fantastic level of service, quality and attention to detail - was spot on! Without your guidance, we may not have considered this particular hotel.
So many thanks for taking the time to share your knowledge with me during a couple of phone calls prior to booking - we really appreciated this great customer service and I'll certainly use your company again in the future!

We just wanted to thank you all for making our trip to the Excellence Riviera Cancun so smooth.
Flights were on time, transfers were punctual and speedy and the hotel was first class.
We have travelled to many Caribbean destinations and stayed at a variety of All-Inclusive hotels but this one is now top of our list.
From the moment we stepped out of the coach to a cold towel and a drink, to the moment we sadly had to leave, we got star treatment. From the bell hops, gardeners and maids to the front desk and management, everyone was pleasant, helpful and always smiling. Nothing was ever a problem and it seemed that all the staff went out of their way to make our stay special. Superior service with a smile.
The rooms overlooking the spa were very spacious, with a 4-poster bed, a great double Jacuzzi tub, a double shower, double vanity, hair dryer and scales, large satellite TV, nice sitting area and super view from the balcony. Maid service was twice a day, with fresh sheets every day and the towels changed twice a day. We got chocolates on the pillow each evening and a sheet with the next days’ activities and the weather forecast. The mini bar was stocked every day without fail. There were bath robes, slippers, incense tapers and toiletries provided. Room service was discreet and very prompt, with a nice menu to choose from.
From early morning room service with coffee, juice and pastries to the last drink in the bar in the evening, everything was perfect. Breakfast was amazing with so many options it was mind blowing. We had fruit, Mexican treats, mini burgers and other tempting morsels offered while lounging beside the pool mid-morning. Lunch was superb whether at the buffet, in the Grill or on the Pizza terrace. Mid-afternoon there were more nibbles in the Martini bar as well as a selection of teas and coffee. Our biggest problem was choosing where to go for dinner each evening. The Mexican was lovely with wonderful atmosphere and a Mariachi band, the French was superb in all ways and very romantic, Spice was beautiful with an amazing selection of dishes as well as the highly entertaining Hibachi grill. The Mediterranean was very nice, as was the Italian, with Bananas Flambé to die for. The Lobster house was nice on a warm evening and the upper level in the Grill was a favourite place for us, as was the Fillet Minion.
All the bars were great, with the Martini bar being our chosen evening haunt. Mojitos, Margaritas, Don Julio tequila, Pina coladas and every other kind of cocktail you could imagine were plentiful. Whether on the beach, by the pool, in the upper lounge, by the spa, in the square, playing pool, in the restaurant or anywhere at all, there was always a member of staff asking if you wanted another drink. Coffee was no problem either at any time of the day. We loved lazing by the ocean in the X-lounge after dinner, just watching the stars and relaxing.
The Spa was wonderfully peaceful and relaxing, with a dedicated band of staff to pamper and de-stress the weary traveller.
We had fun in the pools, taking part in water aerobics and floating around with our cocktails from the swim-up bar. The men played poker, pool and table-tennis and went out in kayaks when the sea was calm. The beach was very clean and well provided with loungers and shady palpas. You could easily walk along the beach to Puerto Morelos in about 45 minutes and watch the pelicans and other sea birds.
We used Hola travel to book tours to Coba and Xcaret and got a free shopping trip as well. We had a great day on the Allnativetours trip to Coba which included kayaking, hiking in the jungle, a blessing from a Mayan shaman, swimming in a cenote, abseiling, zip-lining and lunch in a Mayan village as well as a guided tour of Coba. Xcaret was a wonderful experience. We snorkelled in the underground river and in the sea, walked on the ocean floor on a sea trek and touched a turtle, had a lovely lunch, watched the dolphins, saw lots of wildlife including turtles, manatees and sharks, watched the Mayan dancers and stayed for the evening show. Superb.
We played golf on 4 local courses and had no problems with transfers to and from the hotel, as the bell-hop called the taxi and told us how much the fare was for our return journey.
I can’t thank you enough for suggesting we stay at this hotel. We all had the most fantastic holiday and returned home feeling happy and relaxed.

We came home on Monday from 2 Weeks of Heaven at the Excellence Riviera Cancun. I am already back on the Website purring over the Pictures. LUSH that is all I can say! We went to the Moon Palace earlier in the year & the Aventura Spa Palace last December, but this Hotel was another level above. I cannot fault a single thing, the Beach, Room, Restaurants & Service were simply stunning. I would recommend it to anybody who wants a memorable luxury holiday with no All Inclusive Wristbands!

We would like you to know that our Honeymoon was perfect in every way and this was due to a combination of things:
1. Overall Excellence of the resort it definately stands up to its name.
2. Entertainment Staff were exceptional in everyway especially Kevin Garcia and Jean Paul as they are very special young Men and become such wonderful friends to us on our stay at the resort. Also all the others were fantastic too! These guys are a great asset to the resort, they make everyone happy and will go out of there way to help the guests. Please can you inform their manager of the above and also how wonderful Kevin Garcia is, he will always have a place in our hearts. I must stress that you please pass this message on to Kevin Garcia and his manager Luis Miguel.
3. All of the staff, waiters, maids, garderners, bar staff, cleaners etc they are all fantastic and were always at our service with a smile on thier face (Especailly Marlene who worked around the sol bar area).
4. All of your staff individually carry out every aspect of their job excellently.
We could go on to say so much more but we will be here all night and day. Thank you so much for making our Honeymoon so special. We hope to go back next year to see them all, hopefully in May 2007. We spent two fantastic weeks at the Excellence Riviera Cancun, challenging ourselves to find a fault with this resort, however minor. We failed. The resort is spectacular, the service is second to none, the facilities are top class. I would encourage everyone to visit this resort which has taken the all-inclusive concept to a new level. Kevin, got back from the Excellence Riviera Cancun in Mexico to your welcome home letter (nice touch) and feel we must write to thank you for what was the most surreal holiday we have taken. It was an excellent recommendation with first class facilities and excellent service. The only problem being the service was so good we spent a fortune on tips. We must commend you and your company for the helpful professional advice in the first instance regarding where to go and furthermore the smooth trouble free way that you conduct your business. You may remember I popped the question during the romantic beach dinner and am pleased to tell you Laura accepted! So the challenge now Kevin is how do you top that for our honeymoon? (provide suggestions please)We will most certainly recommend your company to our family, colleagues and friends and are sure to use your services again ourselves. We are contemplating a wedding in November 2006 probably in Dromorland castle Ireland so any ideas for a honeymoon would be welcomed. We had some excellent excursions through Aquaworld whom it might be worth you recommending as they were extremely helpful and professional. We also did dolphin discovery through Amstar in the lobby and also found these to be very professional. So once again thanks from us both it was the perfect place to propose and enjoy a romantic holiday. We can't thank you enough. Look forward to doing business with you again in the near future. Peter, we are now home from our visit to the Excellence Riviera Cancun. I must tell you that we had the most excellent time and that the hotel and resort was all you promised. The accommodation is top class, the restaurants are outstanding and all the staff at the resort was extremely welcoming, friendly and obliging. The flights in the Premium Class seating were very comfortable and worth the upgrade cost. I would like to compliment you on your helpful, patient and courteous attention to my enquiries and for your personal recommendation and advice about the Excellence Riviera Cancun. The Block you recommended for our Swim Out Room was perfect. We tried all of the bars and restaurants remembering to raise a glass to you. We were absolutely thrilled with this resort. Everthing about it was really first class and this was our 3rd visit to the area. The food was terrific and was much nicer than our normal all inclusive experience. Every dinner was ala carte rather than buffet and included menu items like rack of lamb, lobster, filet mignon, etc... No reservations required and at worst case a 20 minute wait. Also, you were normally given your own bottle of wine which was a nice touch. The breakfast was a top notch buffet including omelets, cheeses, prosciutto, mimosas, etc... The drinks were top shelf including liquors such as Absolut, Baileys, Frangelica, Appleton Rum, etc.... The best part about the experience was the service. The staff and the waiters were the best we've experienced. Special Kudos to Jesus (entertainment) and Allonzo (waiter in the Asian restaurant). They both helped make the trip a memorable one and should be rewarded. We'd definitely return to this resort.

My husband and I have traveled quite a bit but most recently to the Excellence Riviera in Mexico. This was our 4th trip to Mexico and we have found the best yet. We normally don't revisit the same place but stayed in the Excellence in Punta Cana, DR which was wonderful. We wanted to see if the sister resort in Mexico was measurable. IT WAS! Every thing we consumed was top of the line from room, room service, bar service, drinks and activities. We will return to this resort and would like to visit the new resort under construction in Jamaica. Hopefully the prices will be comparable!

We stayed at the Excellence Riviera Cancun Dec 31-6 and this will be an unforgettable Holiday. It's hard to form an opinion with so many other reviews out there, so I'll try to stick to the facts. The resort is beautiful, many many different pools, bars and restaraunts to choose from. There are a couple of gift shops on site, and although hotel gift shops are normally very overpriced.I was pleasantly surpirsed when we did some comparisons.

We just returned from a week at the Excellence for our wedding anniversary over New Years. We were greeted with champagne upon arrival and taken on a tour as we went to our room. We stayed in a jr. swim up suite in building #6. At no time was there ever a bad odor in our room nor did we have a problem with bugs.

My husband and I just returned from our incredible honeymoon at Excellence Riviera Cancun. We can't say enough about how wonderful this resort was. We absolutely hated to leave! This resort is immaculate... they didn't miss a detail. It's absolutely gorgeous from the grounds to the bathrooms in the suites. We stayed in a 'Jr Swimout Spa Suite' and had a jacuzzi both indoors and out. Our suite was right behind the Spa, which is one of the most gorgeous buildings you will see. The pools are amazing and were just outside our patio door. They are crystal clear and wind like a river throughout the grounds of the resort. So nice to look at, we didn't mind at all that we didn't have an 'ocean view'!

My husband and I were like 2 little kids in a candy store when we first got to the resort. I couldn't believe all the extra's that were normal for them. We upgraded and were in building 7 on the 3rd floor at the end...So peaceful, and the view was great. They found out we were celebrating our Anniversary and put a banner on our door and had the beautiful swans on our bed and rose petals everywhere. What a great touch.

We would just like to thank you for your excellent service from start to finish. The hotel you recommended was far above our expectations and the room was just as you described it. We are already considering returning next year and will definitely consider booking through you again as our first option. This is the first time we have ever stayed at a hotel on an all inclusive package, and I must say that we were more than impressed with the dining options available. We didn't have to wait for a table once during our two week stay. The entertainment was great and we would like to say a special thank you to Jesus, Letita, Carlos and Abel and his team for making our stay a pleasant one.
