Accommodations

The 401 guest rooms, including 34 suites, are located in a traditional low-rise hotel building and clustered throughout the property in 90 two-story Casitas with two to four rooms each. Categories range from generous Casita rooms to signature lagoon views and the exclusive beachfront Villas.

 

 

With the ambiance of a gracious Mexican home, luxury amenities include comfortable Fairmont beds and expansive bathrooms, each with a soaker tub, a separate glass-walled shower stall and a double vanity. Large sliding doors open to furnished balconies or terraces, and all rooms offer both air conditioning and ceiling fans.

 

Fairmont Room

Located in the Mayan-inspired low-rise buildings, these rooms offer guests either one King bed or two Queen beds. A large four-piece marble bathroom featuring a soaker tub and separate glazed shower stall compliment the room. Fairmont rooms also include a telephone, large windows to maximize the natural light and private landscaped terrace or spacious balcony.

 

 

Deluxe Casita

Situated in 90 Casita buildings throughout the resort, these elegant rooms offer guests either one King bed or two Queen beds. La Laguna Grill & Bar

Surrounded by crystal clear waters from the Mayakoba lagoons, a Caribbean Island itself at the main pool area. This relaxed yet enchanting location serves outstanding breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner including wood-fired pizzas, light and healthy alternatives and outstanding cuisine with a hint of Latino - Mex inspired cuisine transporting you from the Incas to the Mayas. From sunrise to sunset this market café serves mouthwatering pastries, classic deli favorites, gourmet coffees and ice cream. Café Maya also stocks supplies for the in-room refreshment centers - guests can browse for themselves or order for delivery. Café Maya is also the perfect place to pick up unique culinary souvenirs like Mexican seasonings and hotel pottery as well as handy selection of sundries. Terrace seating is available.

Golf

Managed by Fairmont, the 18-hole, par 72 El Camaleòn is Greg Norman's first Mexican course design. Water comes into play throughout this championship course with two holes designed around captivating seaside features. The clubhouse includes a pro shop, lockers, bag storage, restaurant and bar.

A 16,000 square foot Willow Stream spa features 20 treatment rooms including a unique couple's suite in the treetops, plus two mineral pools and steam rooms.
