We spent 7 marvelous nights honeymooning at the Royal Hideaway in Playacar. We felt like royalty for the duration of our stay, the staff are wonderful & really know how to apply the finishing touches. The every meal was a delight, and without question this is the best hotel we have every visited. We want to go back for our first anniversary so I hope you can arrange another great deal for us next year.

We visited the Royal Hideaway for our honeymoon and absolutely adored it! The service was exceptional as was the suite. We loved all of the restaurants  & they had a great selection but Ventana’s was our favourite. The hotel was the perfect peaceful retreat but there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained for the two weeks. Thanks to Dianne for the recommendation & first class service throughout.

Just got home & had to email you to say what a fabulous time we had in mexico. The staff were by far the most attention of any resort we have enjoyed in the past, they just seemed to be able to do anything in an instant effortlessly. Anyway got to get back to my unpacking now & start dreaming about next year.

This was our fourth visit to mexico & this was the best, the Royal Hideaway gave us the perfect base for a week of R&R. I think the best way to describe the suites, grounds & restaurants is LUSH. Thanks Mel you were right this place was just what we needed.
