My partner and I just returned from a week at Secrets Capri. We have nothing but great things to say about the resort. I have stayed at the Royal Hideaway a few years back and was having difficulty matching its service, food etc but Secrets Capri has done it. We would certainly return !!!

My husband and I just returned from our 3rd stay at Secrets Capri and once again felt like we were in paradise! Can't understand how anyone could write a negative review about this amazing resort. Obviously those few would find fault with heaven itself. The staff is outstanding and the service excellent. From the general manager to the maintenance staff, all are very friendly and go out of their way to pamper you. The food is wonderful with 5 amazing restaurants to choose from. The rooms are clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The pool area is gorgeous, and there was never a problem finding a chair. The beach area is clean and spacious and great for beach walking or just relaxing under a palapa. Couples of all ages will love this resort.

My wife and I stayed at Secrets from Feb 10 - 17 and had a great experience. A friend and his wife stayed at the same time and had a great experience also. Two years ago we all stayed at Aventura Spa Palace and that was great also but we all liked Secrets better. The food in every restaurant was very good, the service was superior through out the resort. The staff made us feel very special - they are great. The entertainment was okay - really liked the sax player at the beach restaurant, guitar player in the lobby, piano player in the lounge and the duo that gave a concert on the beach. The facility is beautiful, beach is gorgeous, and the resort is conveniently located for day trips into Playa del Carmen, Xcaret etc. I would recommend the facility to friends.

I have found paradise. The hotel, the food,the drinks, the rooms,the entertainment,the pool and the sea all perfect. The staff all Mexican, super efficient, fun and hardworking. I am coming back next year. Thanks to all who made this holiday such a success for me and my husband and daughter.
