Accommodation

Silver Sands Resort boasts 130 units - 89 Suites and Studios and 41 rooms. This includes a new block directly fronting the beach which comprises of 18 DeLuxe Studios and 6 DeLuxe Suites.

 

 

The hotel rooms face the main pool area and have sea views while the other studios have either ocean or garden views. There are also 20 one-bedroom suites with tropical garden views.

Dining & Bars

The popular Seafans Restaurant serves breakfast daily and offers table d'hote and a la carte dining in the evening. This lovely restaurant overlooks the ocean for a romantic and tropical setting.

 

 

Lunch is available at the Seahorse Grill, which also serves snacks in the evening. The Grill offers soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers and pizza.

Enjoy rum punches, exotic tropical drinks and the famous Barbados Banks Beer at the popular Seahorse Bar which is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to midnight.

 

Sports & Entertainment

Silver Sands Resort has a large fresh water swimming pool as well as a large children's pool. The pool, which overlooks the sea, is large and wide with a walk-over bridge and is surrounded by a spacious pool-deck area where you can relax and unwind and leave all your cares behind!

Windsurfing
Silver Sands Resort is internationally famous as a center for advanced windsurfing (skill rating required 5-6). The Club Mistral windsurfing station is open between November and June and brand new rigs and boards are brought in each year.

Golf & Tennis
Play to your hearts content on Barbados' only public Champion Golf Course, Silver Sands Resort has teamed up with the Barbados Golf Club to provide guests of the Hotel with special 7-day and 14-day golf packages.

There are two hard surface tennis courts and there is no charge for registered guests. Rackets and balls may be rented from the Mini Mart.
