Sugar Mill Rooms
These spacious rooms are located close to the main facilities with a great view of the Resort. French doors open onto the patio while some rooms have roof top decks. The room interior is decorated in cool Caribbean colours in elegant contrast to the vibrant rain forest surroundings.

Villas
These villas have luxurious bedrooms with draped beds, spacious bathrooms and a separate comfortable sitting area that allows for curling up with a good book. The private terrace and sitting area is perfect for basking in the warm Caribbean sunshine.

Dining & Bars

Casual Dining
Only the freshest, most delicious gourmet food will be available for you at The Jalousie Plantation. From Casual waterside buffets to more formal gourmet dining, you can enjoy all your favourite taste sensations in the most beautiful of settings.

The Verandah Terrace
Guests can enjoy a full English, Continental or American Breakfast with eggs cooked to order or a range of freshly baked pastries with fresh fruits, while soaking in the magnificent view of the Caribbean Sea. Dress code is casual with cover-up over bathing suits.

Bayside Bar & Grill
An extensive menu with gilled specialties is also available. Dress code is casual, with cover-ups at lunch.

Fine Dining

The Pier Restaurant
The Pier Restaurant is set on the edge of the ocean, with dramatic views of the Pitons. Enjoy sumptuous A-La-Carte menus that feature fresh seafood while listening to the soothing sounds of the beach as the waves lap onto the Pier.

The Plantation Room
The Plantation Room serves International Caribbean fusion cuisine. Fresh vegetables used in the preparation of the menu items are organically grown to add a special flavour to our highest quality dining. Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance. Dress code is elegantly casual, with no shorts, jeans, caps or T-shirts.
