Kevin, got back from the Excellence Riviera Cancun in Mexico to your welcome home letter (nice touch) and feel we must write to thank you for what was the most surreal holiday we have taken. It was an excellent recommendation with first class facilities and excellent service. The only problem being the service was so good we spent a fortune on tips. We must commend you and your company for the helpful professional advice in the first instance regarding where to go and furthermore the smooth trouble free way that you conduct your business. You may remember I popped the question during the romantic beach dinner and am pleased to tell you Laura accepted! So the challenge now Kevin is how do you top that for our honeymoon? (provide suggestions please)We will most certainly recommend your company to our family, colleagues and friends and are sure to use your services again ourselves. We are contemplating a wedding in November 2006 probably in Dromorland castle Ireland so any ideas for a honeymoon would be welcomed. We had some excellent excursions through Aquaworld whom it might be worth you recommending as they were extremely helpful and professional. We also did dolphin discovery through Amstar in the lobby and also found these to be very professional. We spent two fantastic weeks at the Excellence Riviera Cancun, challenging ourselves to find a fault with this resort, however minor. We failed. The resort is spectacular, the service is second to none, the facilities are top class. I would encourage everyone to visit this resort which has taken the all-inclusive concept to a new level. We would like you to know that our Honeymoon was perfect in every way and this was due to a combination of things:

1. Overall Excellence of the resort it definately stands up to its name.
2. Entertainment Staff were exceptional in everyway especially Kevin Garcia and Jean Paul as they are very special young Men and become such wonderful friends to us on our stay at the resort. Also all the others were fantastic too! These guys are a great asset to the resort, they make everyone happy and will go out of there way to help the guests. Please can you inform their manager of the above and also how wonderful Kevin Garcia is, he will always have a place in our hearts. I must stress that you please pass this message on to Kevin Garcia and his manager Luis Miguel.
3. All of the staff, waiters, maids, garderners, bar staff, cleaners etc they are all fantastic and were always at our service with a smile on thier face (Especailly Marlene who worked around the sol bar area).
4. All of your staff individually carry out every aspect of their job excellently.

We came home on Monday from 2 Weeks of Heaven at the Excellence Riviera Cancun. I am already back on the Website purring over the Pictures. LUSH that is all I can say! We went to the Moon Palace earlier in the year & the Aventura Spa Palace last December, but this Hotel was another level above. I cannot fault a single thing, the Beach, Room, Restaurants & Service were simply stunning. I would recommend it to anybody who wants a memorable luxury holiday with no All Inclusive Wristbands!

Well what can I say? We have just got back from two wonderful weeks at the Excellence Riviera Cancun. To sum it up in one word 'PERFECT'.

I wish to thank you for your expert and honest advice. Everything from the flights, transfers and the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed at was just top notch.

It is the first time my husband has ever said that he would go back to a place.

The swim out suite was located in the block you requested for us and it was just lovely (the best spot, in my opinion). I could go on and on but all the previous comments were spot on and say it all.

I would prefer to let you know how refreshing it is to find an agent with no agenda, you didn't pressure or pester us for the booking, you answered every question i had,expertly and told me not to waste my money upgrading any higher than i needed to. Just excellent service.

We loved it so much, we want to try the new Playa Mujeres Hotel and ask that you keep me posted on any specials you have for the end of the year or early 2009 as we are determined to go back.

I have just booked a holiday through you for April next year (2009) to the Excellence Riviera Cancun hotel on the Riviera Maya in Mexico and I just wanted to compliment you on the standard of service and assistance we received.

I spoke to Peter last Wednesday and from start to finish he was superb. There was no big sale, just advice and information. I was very impressed with him.

When I rang on Saturday to finalise a booking I was unable to speak to Peter as he was not working that day. However, I spoke to Leighton who was equally as helpful.

If the rest of the booking/holiday follows in similar fashion we will be more than delighted.

It is highly likely that we will come back to you in future when considering further holidays (we are thinking of St Lucia, possibly a Sandals hotel in 2010 or perhaps the Maldives.

Just to tell you we arrived back yesterday from Excellence Riviera Cancun and it was as good as we expected if not better. Everything from being greeted on arrival with a glass of Champagne to sitting in the comfortable air conditioned lounge waiting to be taken back to the airport was wonderful.

The accommodation, food and drinks were first class. Definitely worth the upgrade to a "Swim-Up Room" just to be able to walk straight out into a pool and to have our own patio area with hammock was wonderful.
All the staff were friendly and very helpful without being too pushy.

Celebrating our Ruby weddding anniversary there was made all the more special.

I wanted to drop you a note to say a huge thank you. Particularly to Nicola, who was exceptionally professional and helpful in booking our holiday to celebrate my Wife an I anniversary. A lot of people just take the booking process for granted although Nicola was able to give us clear details of the hotel and district we were due to be staying and really went beyond the call of duty.

This is only our second time flying long hall (honeymoon to Aruba in April 2006 the only other time!) and as my wife hates flying it was so reassuring that we had Nicola to point us in the right direction.

The whole trip was absolutely fantastic, hotel wonderful and the weather perfect. I reckon we had about three minutes of rain the whole fortnight.
