There are 154 guest rooms. Our two Suites have king sized beds. They are cool and colonial, and reflect their Caribbean setting in true West Indian style. Finished with genuine antiques and locally crafted reproductions, the Suites are equipped with I-pod stations and CD players, which are great to set the mood for watching the glorious St. Lucian sunsets from the spacious private balcony.

The BodyHoliday also features 29 Single Garden View rooms, 16 Grand Luxury Ocean Front rooms and 7 spacious Junior Suites. The Single rooms are tastefully furnished with Pulaski Collection furniture, queen sized beds and beautiful marble bathrooms. These rooms have no balcony and feature a garden view. The Grand Luxury Ocean Front rooms and Junior Suites offer luxurious four-poster king sized beds and rich mahogany furnishings, marble bathrooms, large balconies and incredible views. The Junior Suites have a separate sitting area and are equipped with I-pod stations.

The Luxury Ocean View and the new Premier Ocean View rooms offer breath-taking views of the hotel, the ocean and the coastline of the north of the island. These rooms are equipped with king sized beds or two queen sized beds. The Premier Ocean view rooms have ceiling fans. The Luxury Ocean Front categories are all exquisitely furnished with four-poster king sized beds or two twin beds. All accommodations are fully air conditioned, furnished with contemporary natural bathrooms.

• The Clubhouse — From 10:00 in the morning to 12:30 a.m., the Clubhouse is the centre of activity at The BodyHoliday. When you are not enjoying the therapeutic treatments or taking exercise classes or any of the dozens of other daytime activities around the resort, the Clubhouse is where you can hang out.
• Piano Bar — Every hot place has a hot bar. At The Body Holiday, it's the Piano Bar. You go there before dinner in casually elegant attire for wine or champagne because it's where you meet people you already know, or perhaps you make the acquaintance of new people and end up going to dinner with them.
• TAO — When a Caribbean restaurant is named by Conde Nast Traveller as one of the 60 "Hot Tables" in the world, you know you're on to something special. That something is TAO, the jewel in the crown of the BodyHoliday's gastronomy.

• Cariblue — Dining within the sight and sounds of the sea and surrounded by beautifully planted gardens, it is a wonderful way to enjoy fine food and good company. Cariblue is where breakfast and lunch are served on elegant buffet tables that groan with goodness, but it's more than a restaurant; it is a friendship centre where experiences of the day are shared and compared, where plans are made for tomorrow's activities, where laughter comes easily.
• The Deli — Tucked away in a seaside terrace at the end of the beach, there is something decidedly Mediterranean about The Deli. It may be the excellence of its espresso coffee, served, with an Italian biscotti. Or maybe it's the backgammon players who spend time there in the afternoon with the click and clack of cup and dice.

The Oasis Spa is a fantastic place offering the most up to date and scrumptous body treatments and beauty treatments. Relaxation classes in T′ai Chi, Yoya etc are frequent. The restaurants at Le Sport are fronted by TAO Caribbean Restaurant, named as one of the 60 "Hot Table′s" in the World by Conde Nast Traveller. Cariblue is a elegant restaurant with fantastic views perfect for a romantic dinner.

They are there to make sure that you have an enjoyable and fun filled Holiday! BodyGuides can provide you with all the tools you need to keep your body at its peak.
