Villa no pool

• These Villas are set within the natural surroundings offering a close-up view of the mountains.
• Relax in the private and spacious surroundings on a large terrace with lounge chairs and a patio table with chairs.

Sugar Mill Rooms

• These spacious rooms are located close to the main facilities with a great view of the Resort.
• French doors open onto the patio while some rooms have roof top decks. The room interior is decorated in cool Caribbean colours in elegant contrast to the vibrant rain forest surroundings.

Mountain View Villa

• The Mountain View Villas offer a spectacular view of the Pitons. Enjoy the tropical surroundings of the native fruit trees that fill the air with sweet aromas and the private plunge pool on the deck surrounded by beautiful lush gardens.
• These Villas have luxurious bedrooms with draped beds, spacious bathrooms and a separate comfortable sitting area that suggests curling up with a good book. The private terrace and sitting area is perfect for basking in the warm Caribbean sunshine.

Ocean View Villa

• These are private Villas with a panoramic view of the Resort and a breathtaking view of the mountains and the ocean.
• The plunge pool and sitting area on the outdoor private terrace can become your own private tanning deck.

Villa Suite Mountain

• These luxurious suites have the same private locations and tropical surroundings with views of the Pitons as the other rooms, but also give you the comfort of a separate sitting room with comfortable, cosy furnishings.
• Your very own mini bar is available, so you can enjoy a long cold drink while floating in your warm plunge pool.

Villa Suite Ocean View

• These Villa Suites provide stunning views of Jalousie Bay and the Pitons.
• There is also a separate sitting room and a mini bar. Soaking in your pool with the ocean and the Pitons as your backdrop may be the most tranquil experience you will ever know.

Restaurants & Bars

The Verandah

• Daily buffet breakfast on an open-air terrace is available from 7:30am - 10:30am.
• Guests can enjoy a full Continental or Buffet Breakfast or a range of freshly baked pastries with fresh fruits while soaking in the magnificent view of the Caribbean Sea.
• Dress code is casual however bathing suits should be covered up appropriately.

Bayside Bar & Grill

• Themed lunches are served in the Bayside Grill, while light snacks are served beachside.
• Lunch is available from 12:30pm to 2:30pm. Snacks are served from 11:30am to 5:00pm. An extensive menu with grilled specialties is also available.
• Dress code is casual however bathing suits should be covered up. Themed Buffet Dinners are served twice weekly Mondays and Fridays from 6:30pm to 10:30pm. Dress code for dinner is smart casual.

The Pier Restaurant

• The Pier Restaurant overlooks the ocean. Enjoy sumptuous à la carte menus that feature fresh seafood while you listen to the soothing sounds of the beach as the waves lap onto the Pier.
• This restaurant is open five nights a week from 6:30pm to 10:30pm. The dress code is casual.
• While reservations are not required for this restaurant, they are preferable.

The Bang Restaurant

• Located next to the Pier Restaurant, the Bang offers the opportunity to sample authentic local cuisine in a casual atmosphere.
• The dining experience is often complemented by live local entertainment. Reservations are not mandatory.
• Operating times can be confirmed with the hotel concierge. Please note that Bang is not included in any meal plan option.

The Plantation Room

• Enjoy fine dining in an intimate air-conditioned setting nightly from 6:30pm to 10:30pm.
• The Plantation Room serves International Caribbean fusion cuisine. Fresh vegetables used in the preparation of the menu items are organically grown to add a special flavour to the resorts highest quality dining.
• Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance. Dress Code is elegantly casual. Shorts, jeans, caps and T-shirts are not allowed.

Room Service Available

• Enjoy a relaxing morning with Breakfast in Bed. Breakfast choices range from Continental to full English breakfast.
• Room service is available daily from 6:00am to midnight and includes select menu choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• *Room Service and bottled water are not included in any meal plan.

Afternoon Tea

• Afternoon Tea is served daily at the Palm Court from 4:00pm to 6:30pm with sandwiches and tempting sweets.
• Afternoon Tea is included in the All Inclusive plan.

• MAP - Includes breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. B&B - includes full English Breakfast in the restaurant. AI - Includes all meals and premiun brand drinks, wine and sparkling wine by the glass.

The Learning Centre for Children

• The Jalousie Plantation is a family friendly resort. They therefore provide supervised activities for children between the ages of 5 and 12 years old. Children under 5 will not be accommodated unless accompanied by an adult.
• All activities are fun and educational and combine the rain forest environment and marine biology information with story telling, dance classes and craft making.
• The services of the Learning Centre are complimentary to resort guests.
